An up-to-date list of doctors including an emergency service list is posted at reception. If you do not feel well, please inform the reception immediately.

In the hallway on the first floor there is a refrigerator from which you can help yourself if necessary. Please make a note of this on the consumption note that is included and bring it down with you on the day of your departure.

There is a fire escape plan in every room. Please take a close look at the escape routes.

In the entrance area we have numerous flyers and brochures on the subject of sports and event tips with information about the spa town of Seiffen. You can get further suggestions at the reception.

Our house has a modern telephone system. For security reasons, it is not possible to be called directly in the room.
We take your call at reception and are happy to connect you to your room. If you tell your caller your room number, we can put it through at short notice.

Quality
We are classified with 3 stars according to the German hotel and inn classification and always strive to comply with the specified standards and to fulfill the wishes of our guests. If a service is not to your satisfaction, we ask that you inform reception.

Reception
Our reception is open from 08:00 to 18:00. If you would like to leave before 8 a.m. in the morning, we ask that you pay your bill the day before.

Restaurant
Our restaurant is open for you from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Roomkey
Please take it with you if you intend to leave the hotel or return later than 8:00 p.m. For security reasons, we would like to point out that the loss of the room key must be reported immediately. In the event of loss, we have to calculate our expenses of approx. €250.00 per cylinder for a new entrance door and room cylinder.

Sauna
You can only use the sauna with a reservation. Please know that the sauna takes 30 minutes to warm up.

Shoe Cleaning Machine

Smokedetector
Our hotel rooms and hotel corridors have been equipped with smoke detectors. If the smoke detectors sound an ALARM, please report this to us immediately.

We can make a taxi reservation for you. Just visit the reception.

Televison
We have a modern satellite converter system and new televisions. Our system can receive the 19 programmed stations. It is possible that you will find TV programs on a different channel than at home. We kindly ask you not to change the TV settings. All available stations are programmed.

Toilettenproducts
Have you forgotten your comb, toothbrush or other hygiene items? No problem. Sign in at reception.

Tourist Card
You will receive your Tourist Card after returning the registration form from the accommodation facility. Take advantage of the wide range of offers. If you give your spa cards to the reception when you leave, we will pass them on to the spa administration for a prize draw.

Towel Change
Daily change of towels? Please put the towels on the bathroom floor.

Umbrella
At the reception you can borrow umbrellas for free.
